Firefox work around for Windows Vista:

| 2. Download and install version 1.3.1.22 JInitiator from Oracle | http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/developer/htdocs/jinit.htm |
| 3. Download and install the most recent version of Java | http://www.java.com/en/ |
| 4. Download and install the most recent version of Acrobat Reader | http://www.adobe.com/products/ |
| 5. Copy C:\Program Files\Oracle\JInitiator 1.3.1.22\bin\NPJinit13122.dll |
To C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins |
6. Within Firefox under Tools->Options->Content tab, verify that esis.leeca.org is in the list of allowed pop-ups, otherwise reports will not print correctly.
7. Go to Start->Control Panel->JInitiator 1.3.1.22->Cache tab and alter the cache to 100 MB.
You should now be able to open Firefox to http://esis.leeca.org/ click on the appropriate pill and log in.
Internet Explorer work around for Windows Vista:

***Note the path to your jvm.dll my differ based on the version you have installed. When this document was created Java Version 6 Update 5 (build 1.6.0_05-b13) was installed on the machine. That path will mirror the current version.
7. In Internet Explorer Under Tools->Pop-up Blocker->Pop-up Blocker Settings, add esis.leeca.org to the list of allowed sites. If you have the Google tool bar, or the Yahoo tool bar installed, make sure those tools also allow pop-ups from esis.leeca.org.
You should now be able to open Internet Explorer to http://esis.leeca.org/
click on the appropriate pill and log in.
